NO DIG

I have quite a large garden. Large enough that if I neglect it for too long it can takes hours (read days) to put it to rights. So some people might wonder why I'm choosing to put in more garden. But during the holidays I visited lots of homes where people had flourishing vegetable gardens. And I want one.

I've been doing research on organic no-dig gardens. That's what I'm building this week. By myself. D just laughs. More weeding.

So our back yard is filling up. New garden. New trampoline. How do you mow round that stuff?

There's nothing like fresh home grown veges.

Your back yard is lovely and the new edition will make it even more special. It must be nice to have the room to do it. :-)

So was it true that the garden prep only took a morning's work?
And I reckon the grass under the trampoline won't need mowing ... so that's even less lawn, and more play *stuff*. Love the no-dig garden. Stop laughing D!! LOL
