THREE PHOTOS...

Three photos...

1. Our new kitchen! Can't see a lot from this one but just wait. The RED splashback is
being installed tomorrow. The end is in sight!

After I put the kids to bed last night I walked into the kitchen. "Why are you smiling?" asked D. I was smiling because the kitchen is gorgeous. Simple things!

2. Our new dining table and (best of all) 8 leather chairs! I have wanted these for ages. Got them at Stacks - lovely guy there.

3. An altered coke tin. By Mr 6. He did this before I got out of bed one morning. I'm trying to tidy all the junk. But how can I throw this out?

So close to being finished! And you should mention that the chairs are really comfortable too (I'd like chairs just like yours).

Mel, awesome kitchen. Looks like the 'displacement for a while' was worth it. Am loving those chairs too. Love the photo of you working hard in previous post. It's a classic scrapping photo..you all look like you are working, talking and laughing all at once.

Yay! Lovely new kitchen! I am insanely jealous of course :-) Enjoy it. Dining suite looks brilliant too. Ours is the $20.00 job we got when we lived in a flat. [sigh]Oh well, one day when the ship comes in.
