Well the JRA/Unlimited Magazine Best Places to Work awards were held at the lovely Langham Hotel in Auckland last night. We were there. And DH's Maven came third in their category. Pretty impressive. There are no other companies in the small business category(20-49 employees) who have consistently placed in the top five for 4consecutive years. So they should be proud.
As exciting for me was that one of my clients, the Hospitality Standards Institute, won their Most Improved category. Wonderful to see them lift their performance through leadership coaching, culture improvement and generally getting their act together. Fantastic. They are a wonderful group of people to work with and I am privileged to see their growth during the past 12 months.
So on to the Maven Christmas party this weekend. DH told me to go as myself. So, yes, I am going to be an angel!

Mel, Maven are doing something right to be placing consistently year after year, so reassuring. Well done on where your client placed, and of course you will be going as your self.........sing out if you need the wings.
