WE SURVIVED

Cait,Victoria, Dani, Barbara

We survived Saturday night and fourteen 11-13 year olds celebrating Cait's 12th birthday. There's something to be said for having your party a week after your birthday - stretching out the fuss and the celebration.

Music quiz, eye toy games, Singstar, bracelet making, DVDs, mini samosas, spring rolls, pizza (and salad!), lollies, lots of (diet) fizz, a great icecream birthday cake made by me and a spectacular chocolate fountain (borrowed from a friend) for dessert. Pretty easy, really.

Next year we'll have a teenager!

Sounds like fun for the gals! I hope by the time Lydia is that age I will have "grown into" the girly thing! The thought of a houseful of semi-teen girls makes me a tad nervous! LOL!
