NO JUMP

I finally tried out the kid's new trampoline. It's got nets. It's pretty safe. But I don't like it. I don't like jumping. I can't make my feet come off the mat. It's too high. Elli tells me "It's OK, Mama. Breathe in and out 10 times. Like this."

It's no good. I am afraid of heights.
So we lie on the tramp and look at the clouds instead.

I used to love it but now I don't. It's like swings - I used to love them too but now they make me feel sick!

Heh heh - love the "advice"...

awww E is a wise boy....love the advice. Looking at clouds is all good. So what did you see in the clouds?

Oh I love to watch the clouds. We had a trampoline as kids ... and after we'd jumped and somersaulted ... I would lie and watch the clouds. Eventually, I just went out there to look at the clouds. (Then my dad sold the trampoline ... not enough jumping going on.)

You don't realise just how far up it is until you're actually up there on the tramp. I'm with you - way too far off the ground.
