They say it takes 21 days to break a habit. So I've decided to do Rhonna Farrer's
21 Day Challenge.
If you haven't heard about it check out her blog which will explain all.
Day 1 quote:
"Forget past mistakes
Forget failures
Forget everything except what you're going to do now and do it!"
William DurantMy habit is "Eat well".
My journal rules are:
it must take less than 10 minutes to complete each page
I can't rip it out if I don't like it (complete it and move on) and
I will do it every day.
Nothing I create will be worthy of publication (except on my blog!) but it's for me, not the world, so that's cool.

Cool first page. Neat quote too isn't it?
congrats Mel ... love the daily commitment and the 10-minute-per-page goal: realistic!!
Mel, love ya page!! I like your rules too! I may adopt them as the perfectionism may get in the way.
I eventually will have to have a time rule, at least for certain days of the week, as for how long it takes to create, but for now I'm just letting myself go wherever. I can't take hours like it took yesterday though, but alot of that time was because my craft stuff is so piled up all over the placed!
I like your art journal, and admire your focus!
Go Mel, great pages and excellent idea setting the time limit.
wooohoo!
wtg...so happy you've joined..
you are awesome!
