"We have to remember why we scrap. I admire those who do create for Design Teams and magazines and do get inspired by their work. I see them as the “Karen Walkers” of the scrapping world - designers for scrap fashion and trends. They have a place and a purpose, and fill it very well. Whereas the likes of me - I’m the “home sewer” that creates my own fashion. Sometimes that is inspired by the scrapping greats, other times it’s purely functional. And that is ok."

I agree and loved her anaology. I replied and said I loved it and it was a cool way to look at it.
